Strengthening Mission Communications

Wildara is pleased to announce it has been selected by the Australian Department of Defence to manage the design and construction of a Communications Centre (COMCEN) in Papua New Guinea.

The project will be delivered as part of the PNGDF ADF Defence Cooperation Program (DCP) and represents a significant investment and commitment by the Department of Defence. The Project will provide PNGDF and ADF with a facility that enhances information sharing, engagement and situational awareness leading to improved operations and mission effectiveness.

Announcing the recent engagement, Managing Director Peter Bowden said: “our unique and innovative approach to managing Commonwealth projects in offshore locations  significantly differentiated us from our competition and provided delivery certainty to the client.”
